How does this work after I check out?
Pickup is at The Holler at 8th Street Market daily from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Online orders will be available for pickup the following day during the 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. pickup window. When you arrive, call 479-250-0070 and we will deliver to your car curbside on the west side of the The Holler in the designated spots.

What if my order is wrong? 
Thank you for bearing with us! We are all getting the hang of this new system. Please email feedback@bentonvillebodega.com, and we will address your issue as soon as possible. 

What is the return policy?

Do the frozen meals come with cooking instructions? 
Why yes they do! Each frozen meal comes with simple preparation directions. 

How can my business get involved? 
We welcome our local community to become a part of Bentonville Bodega. Please email partners@bentonvillebodega.com for more information. 

How long do I have to pickup my order?
Online orders will be available for pickup the following day. Our team will send you a notification when your items are ready to be picked up. Our pick up window is between 3pm-7pm. We will only hold orders for 48 hours from the time your pickup window begins. After that time, your items will no longer be reserved and will be refunded excluding perishable items

What if I miss my pickup window? 
No problem, send us an email at feedback@bentonvillebodega.com and we will have it ready for you at the next window or work to find another window timeframe. 

May I place an order for someone else? 
Absolutely! 

May I buy a gift card? 
Bentonville Bodega does not have gift cards right now, but we encourage you to visit our Partner page and support them by buying gift cards.
